A different way to play season-long fantasy football.
You create an initial roster just as in daily fantasy: by buying players subject to a limited budget. However, unlike in daily fantasy, your roster carries over to the next week. Each week, you are only allowed at most two changes from the roster you had the previous week.
You make a change to your roster by selling one player and buying a replacement. Your budget for the new player is the current price of the player sold plus whatever funds you had left over from the previous week.
Prices for the players change each week. (This year, we will use DraftKings prices for that week.) So you may end up selling a player for more or less than you bought them for. By making smart choices about when to buy and sell, you can end up with team whose total prices far exceed the initial budget of $50,000.
